Jobberific is a term I created. It is a Mixture of the term Jobber.
Here's the definition of
Jobber -
one whose shortcomings makes others mediocrity look better than it actually is.

Terrific -
causing a feeling of surprise or wonder

Then I read an issue of Empowered, a heroine who loses and gets captured ALL the time. Her skin hugging costume made her "Do-me-Rific. I loved it so much I created my own version of it.

So Jobberific means A loser who loses in such a fashion that it's awesome and often erotic.

My first time falling in love with Jobbers was gorgeous ladies of Wrestling. It started with Tara the Southern Belle of GLOW fame.
Here's a video of her and her Partner Scarlet
Here're a couple videos of Tara.

Tara has had such a Huge impact on me.
This Outfit for Psylocke was inspired by her.

Psylocke as Lady London of Earth 42356 by Tazirai

Then I met Psylocke around the same time. Psylocke's outfit was just like Tara's. Psylocke fought just as well as Tara also. Which wasn't good. Spending a lot of her time getting knocked out and overpowered. Around this time I started reading Nancy Drew and watching things like Perils of Nyoka, and Panther girl of the Kongo.

Which is why I created My own version of Psylocke, and even a black version of her named Mindseye. So hopefully that helps explain Jobberific.
Biography photos, interviews, etc in the right folders

Please don't just randomly post all types of art that are NOT peril related. There should be at least a HINT of peril in the pictures. You need to see the heroine, or villainess in danger of being in danger at the least. You can link to stories in the picture you are posting. But the pictures MUST be of peril. Not DEATH, PERIL. She must be in danger, with a at least a chance to escape and face danger again.

Thanks Will be cleaning folders again, so please do not be upset if I remove a picture. I only remove them if they do not fit the theme.
I'm going to be strict about adherence to the theme of the group, no matter how many pages I have to go through.

Thanks again.
If a piece of art you submitted is no longer in a particular folder.
It was for one of a few reasons.

1) Just the plain wrong folder, please be careful where you post. The folders have themes. Don't just drop a picture in the folder if it doesn't fit the theme.
Also don't just auto submit to featured, not all images will go there.

2) There is NO peril or a lady in a Jobberific situation. It doesn't mean your art was bad. it was probably amazing, but it needs to be in line with the theme of the group, and the folder.
IE. Don't put fight scenes in the Bios folder, unless theres a bio or reference for it.

3) Death. This group is not about women being slaughtered. It's about them in really tough situations and losing, not dying.

4) I probably wont be able to PM you all, but if you notice a pic is not here. it's for one of those reasons above. Thanks guys.

Remember the focus of the picture must be the woman/women in a Jobberific peril. Not chillin or relaxing etc. Unless that picture is a bio.

Thanks and remember it's not personal. Just need to stick to the time.

I'm also changing submission rules.
The new rules for members will be 7 per week. Part of the reason is I want you guys to choose your BEST pictures of women in distress. So this will cut down on just random pictures, and show your characters at their Jobberificness.
Also by limiting the number to 7 it will help me keep the folders managed properly.

Thanks again.
Thanks guys for your contributions.
These ladies are really good at being Jobberific.
I got a request from a member to add a folder for people who wish to write stories. So i've set up the Jobberific stories folder to tell the tale of your damsels in distress. Enjoy and use it well.

If you can think of another type of folder let me know!
